GET YOUR GREENS

Grey is far from a picky eater, in fact, the rule in our household is that if he doesn't like what's in front of him, put a little Sriracha on it, that usually does the trick. But like any other kid, he has an aversion to green food. As we become more and more adept to handling the eating swings of a toddler, sneaking green things in has become second nature.

1 cup milk your choice (I'm a fan of almond or oat, stick with unsweetened)

handful spinach (keep a bag of frozen chopped spinach handy)

1 banana - fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter (I suggest natural and sugar free)

1 tsp chia seeds (more protein)

¼ tsp vanilla extract

pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp ground flaxseed (omega much?)
