Chris Twerdun is a Leslieville, Toronto based strength and conditioning coach with the drive and tools to transform his client’s goals into attainable milestones. Combining his years as a professional athlete in the National Hockey League with an MSc in Human Performance. Coaching, Chris has more than twenty years of experience to draw from. His clients will tell you, his strength training sessions reach far beyond the confines of the gym.

An avid cyclist, traveller and father, Chris doesn't only train for aesthetics or high performance but rather to help his clients maintain a level of personal fitness that allows them to function at his or her highest level.
