    T Training is led by Chris Twerdun, a Strength Conditioning coach with the tools to transform his athletes and client’s goals into attainable milestones. Combining his years as a professional athlete in the National Hockey League with an MSc in Human Performance Coaching, Chris has more than twenty years of experience to draw from. His athletes will tell you, his strength training sessions reach far beyond the confines of the weight room.

     

    Chris has built a loyal client base in Toronto, Canada and is currently based out of Girona, Spain.

    Chris draws from multiple techniques to create results orientated programs for each individual athlete and client be they elite athlets or individuals recovering from injury. An avid cyclist, traveller and father, Chris doesn't only train for aesthetics or high performance but rather to help his athletes maintain a level of personal fitness that allows them to function at their highest level.

    Chris is a dedicated athlete, a believer that health and well-being is best served through proper movement. He is a constant student, something his clients and athletes benefit greatly from. In his downtime, Chris is also a certified professional bike mechanic.
